Ancestral Medicine and Healing Zine

This zine is compiled by students from the Cecemmana herbal training program at Ancestral Apothecary School of Herbal, Folk and Indigneous Medicine.  Submissions are about ancestral medicine, ancestral healing and ancestral stories from a variety of cultural backgrounds. 
 
The submissions are inspired by the Ancestral Medicine Project, in which each student explores and presents on a healing practice of their ancestors.  Topics covered in this project include ancestral herbs, rituals, family history, mythology, food, star knowledge, sacred sites, as well as healing from the wounds of colonizaiton and/or trauma in the family line.
